Automation Alley is a consortium of businesses primarily located in Oakland County. They were analyzing a way to maintain loyalty and promote the benefits of being a member of the organization.

Objectives:
- Build awareness and drive current customers to their website
- Promote events and information to build loyalty
- Increase attendance at events and maximize
  membership benefits

Solution:

Motor City Interactive in conjunction with Skidmore Studios recommend email communications as the platform for information distribution to the current members. We recommend offering educational, informative, and events to the current membership.

Results:

- Open rate consisted on average of 15-30%+
- Response rate increased from 10% to 15% for each newsletter
- Click rate was well above average at 20-40%
- 73% of the users said that the information was
  useful and informative and they would attend another event

Post Analysis:

Automation Alley continues to utilize Email Communications as the cornerstone of communications to the Member base.
