CA was analyzing was
to increase awareness
and traffic to the
website to convert
sales.
Objectives:
- Build awareness and drive current customers to their
website
- Increase customer service levels as well as
promote other products
- Maintain a community for users to increase their
stickyness to the site
- Provide cross selling opportunities
Campaign:
The company started in advertising in January 2001 targeting
smaller sites that offer free web building for users. In December
2001 after testing that segment we moved our advertising with well
branded sites targeting users that have built a home page through
their services. In January 2002 we switched to Keyword Advertising
with the major Search Engines.
